3.1 Access conditions
Anyone can view the entire site, including the presentation of Investors, economic development agencies and providers and their products or services, comments and contributions posted on the Site.

Access to some sections of Zugher.com website requires the use of personal access codes. Without prejudice to other obligations hereunder, the User agrees to abide by the following obligations:
8.1 The User undertakes, in its use of the Services, to respect the laws and regulations and does not infringe the rights of others or to public order. The responsibility of IT FACTORY. shall in no case be engaged in that capacity.
8.2 The User acknowledges the site characteristics and constraints, particularly techniques of all Services. It is solely responsible for its use of the Services including relationships it may establish with brands other Users, the information communicated to them as part of the Services, their contributions and their comments. It belongs to exercise appropriate caution and discernment in these relations and communications. 8.4 Users are solely responsible for their comments and contributions. It guarantees Zugher that it has all necessary rights and permissions to broadcast. IT FACTORY. acts on its behalf and does not pass any legal act in the name and for the account of Entrepreneurs, Investors, Agency and providers that interact directly with each other. It does not include, but are not limited to, a recruitment firm, a temporary employment agency, transition management consulting, an employment agency or an HR consultancy.
Zugher is not a party to the relationship entered into between the contractor and the different parties (investors, Agency and Providers, ..) and shall in no event be held liable in respect of the difficulties which may occur when the conclusion or execution of these relationships, or be party to some potential disputes whether between a contractor and other parties, particularly concerning any future collaboration.
Zugher is not responsible or trade relations between the Contractors and other parties that would take place outside the Site or Services. However, in the interests of constant improvement of the quality of services, IT FACTORY. invites contractors to submit all comments and requests they may wish to bring to its attention concerning the quality of interactions made by via the Services.
12.4 IT FACTORY. is committed to conduct regular checks to verify the functioning and accessibility of the website.
As such, IT FACTORY. reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the site for maintenance reasons.

In the event of a translation of these terms in one or more languages, the language of interpretation shall be French in case of conflict or dispute about the meaning of a term or provision.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute on the validity, interpretation and / or execution of these general conditions, the parties agree that the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction to judge, except mandatory procedural rules otherwise.
